  1. Cullis: a federated trust fabric for AI agents

    Mastio is the control point each organization installs for its own AI agents: identity, policy, audit, MCP gateway. Court is the layer that federates Mastios across organizations by routing sealed envelopes it cannot open. Two layers, two roles, two adoption timelines.
